Our team
Mark is a highly qualified electrical construction contractor in the Pacific Northwest. Beginning in 1997, Mark participated in various apprentice programs in Northern and Southern California. After gaining extensive experience in varying types of installations, Mark began his own electrical contracting company and served as the license qualifier, holding a California C-10 Electrical Contractor's license, as well as a General Electrician's licensed through the California Department of Industrial Relations. Upon moving to Washington, Mark became a Washington 01 General Journeyman License holder, and maintains OSHA 30 Safety Training Certification, TWIC for Seaport Controlled Security Areas, and a CJIS Level 4 Security Clearance.
Our history
Mark began his career as an electrician in 1997. Beginning as an IBEW Apprentice, Mark gained experience until he went off on his own in 2003. He successfully ran his own electrical contracting business in California until he and his family decided to move to Washington in 2018, where he was recruited as a project manager for various mid- to large- sized electrical contracting companies as an experience Project Manager. While Mark finds that work enjoyable and fulfilling, he also enjoys being in the field and creating his own projects, which is how PNW Alternative Energy was born.
